Ms. Deans is an associate with Marchman, Kasraie & Fodor LLC. Her practice consists of immigration, commercial litigation, and general business and corporate matters. Ms. Deans’ immigration practice includes preparation of non-immigrant visa petitions, as well as family-based and employment-based permanent residence applications. Specifically, Ms. Deans handles various immigration matters such as PERM labor certification applications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 matters, business and professional visas (e.g. H-1B visas), petitions for alien relatives, petitions for alien workers, adjustment of status applications,

applications for travel documents, applications for employment authorization, and applications for naturalization.

Ms. Deans handles various business litigation matters and contract disputes. Ms. Deans also provides service for entity formation, which includes providing articles of incorporation, articles of organization, bylaws, operating agreements, minutes, and other corporate related documents.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Marchman, Kasraie & Fodor, LLC, Ms. Deans held legal internships with various companies including The Coca-Cola Company, The Weather Channel, and The U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Ms. Deans’ experience also extends internationally as she worked with the law firms of Alton E. Morgan & Co. and O.G. Harding & Co. in Kingston, Jamaica.
