Mr. Feng Songlin is the Director of Nanjing Dongnan law firm.

Mr. Songlin has practiced corporate law since 1986. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he studied in Nanjing University, specializing in China Politics; the Law University; and Southeast University before he was awarded a Master in Legal Science. In 1998, he was elected one of the top ten lawyers in Nanjing.

During his 20 years of legal practice, he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, including the Nanjing Jinzhongfu Group (the first futures case in China); the Hong Kong Yizhijie Trading Company; and the Jiangsu branch of China Unicom.

Mr. Songlin’s legal experience is widespread. He has been involved with major construction projects (roads, bridges, plants, harbors, telecommunication facilities, etc.) and litigations. Due to his extended experience and knowledge in Sino-Foreign projects, he has been frequently asked to supervise entire multi-national construction projects. He has also provided investment advice, financial management, corporate structuring, risk management, and contract negotiation.

Furthermore, upon the invitation of the Chinese Ministry of Construction, he became involved with revising the Construction Engineering Contract Text and Rules of Project Supervision Company Quality in May 1998. He has also been a panel speaker in the Specialist Conference during this period.

He is also well known for his pro bono legal representation of the indigent, widows, and orphans.




Mr. Peng Ming is a graduate of Nanjing University with a Bachelor Degree in Law. He practices corporate, commercial, real estate, tort and patent law.

Mr. Zhang Tian Jian is a graduate of Hui Univerisity with a Bachelor Degree in Law. He practices Commercial, Real Estate, Construction, International, and Patent law.

Mr. Jin Xiao Bo graduated from Nanjing University with a Master Degree in English. He practices International Law, International Transactions, Litigation and Arbitration, and Patent Law.

Mr. Deng Lu Feng graduated from Shandong with the Master of Law. He practices Commercial, Civil and Administrative law.

Ms. Emily Meng graduated from Nanjing University with the bachelor in Finance and Economics. She practices Civil and Commercial Law.
