Diana Parks Curran is Of Counsel with Marchman, Kasraie & Fodor, LLC. Her practice concentrates on government contracts and Federal procurement law, with an emphasis on construction and leasing issues. She counsels developer and office owner clients engaged in Government contracting from the bidding stage through contract administration and claims issues that may arise in complex government procurements. She also focuses on private sector contracts, general business and corporate law, and construction disputes and litigation, counseling construction firms, builders, and large specialty subcontractors such as landscaping architecture, millwork and stone fabricators and installers.

Ms. Parks Curran counsels several developers and owners engaged in significant Government contracts for construction or leasing services with a total value of over $100 million dollars. She is co-counsel in litigation currently before the GAO on behalf of the largest individual office space owner in downtown Atlanta. In addition, while representing the Government, Ms. Parks Curran was co-counsel in the litigation and
successful negotiation of a construction dispute in which over $100M was in controversy following construction of a research and administrative campus in Chapel Hill, North Carolina for the Environmental Protection Agency.

She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She practices regularly before the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, the Federal Court of Claims and the U.S. General Accountability Office (GAO) hearing protests lodged in Government contract actions. She has represented clients in construction disputes before the American Arbitration Association and Construction Arbitration Associates, Ltd., as well as before State and county courts in metro-Atlanta.

Prior Employment
Ms. Parks Curran began practicing law with Johnson & Montgomery in Atlanta, Georgia, a firm that served as outside legal counsel for DeKalb County, where she practiced primarily in the corporate and real estate section. In 1993, she commenced a Federal practice as Assistant Regional Counsel with the U.S. General Services Administration, which is responsible for Government procurement and contracting. She concentrated in construction and leasing services contracted for by the Federal Government and in the defense of contractors’ claims brought against the Government. Ms. Parks Curran has been in solo practice since leaving Government service in 2004.

Special Training
Ms. Parks Curran completed a course of study with the Judge Advocate General’s School of the U.S. Army in Federal contract and procurement law in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Education
Ms. Parks Curran obtained her law degree from the University Of Georgia, School of Law, in Athens, Georgia where she graduated Cum Laude. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Georgia, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
